Freehold vs. Leasehold

Eh.. no.. not buying a house.

Attended a lunch talk about coping with stress last Thurs at the office. In one of the statements made by the speaker:

"Kids are like leasehold. Once they reach 18, they would no longer be yours... BUT your spouse is freehold. Free to hold! Hahaha!!!"

So, place the greatest importance on your spouse who's gonna be with you for life, and not the kids with an 18-year lease.
