If a reasonable person sleeps 7 hours each night, my sums revealed 16.5 hours of sleep on Friday night for me to achieve reasonableness.
Unluckily, the most unfortunate things always occur in the event of too much sleep at one single setting - groggy heavy head, lethargy, dry lips, dry mouth, depression that the entire day is unreversibly gone…
In view of the unpleasantries associated with the lack of sleep and overdose of the same, I shall invoke another set of strategy to minimize the consequences as hazardously described above.
My math dawns upon me a sleep of 10 hours each over a spread of the next 3 consecutive nights - Fri to Sun - should I want to derive a total of 49 hours of sleep per week. This will potentially remove me from the league of the sleep-lackers.
Outlook calender says: appointment with skin doc at 11am (Sat). Gosh, I gotta be in bed by 11pm this night to wake up at 9am tomorrow!
