Incandescent Splendor!
Fireworks galore! Caught the first sparkles in a cosy esplanade library just before the clock struck twelve; 2005 drowned in the fiery eruptions of the chemical powders. Watched the second by the same waterfront with my shadow overlooking at a thousand others; crowded but not rowdy. 7 minutes it took the 'dazzling rain' to close the celebrations of CNY. One funny comment heard: "looked like sperms hor". The lady was pointing to strands of fireworks meandering their way up into the sky. "Oi!" Her man said. Hehe.
